Our apiary was established in the spring of 2003. Our beehives spend the winter in our main facilities in Mouresi, Pilion. The surrounding forests are rich in chestnut, beech, heather, arbutus and other bee plants, where the tasteful chestnut honey is harvested in early July. At the same time we harvest bee pollen and royal jelly.
The beehives are then transferred to other parts of Pilion to collect the flower honey, with the exquisite aroma and the fine taste.
In autumn we move to the pine forests of northern Evia, an island in central Greece, where the savoury pine honey is produced.
